I love being a professional wedding photographer. My path, however, has not exactly been straight.
After graduating from Wellesley College (Econ major), I worked in various aspects of the real estate industry before leaving to be at home with our special needs daughter after her traumatic birth. She is now 11 years-old, and she loves looking at my pictures as much as taking her own.
As I look back, it seems that I always had a camera in my hand, and several years ago, I decided to follow my life-long passion and become a professional photographer. I feel so fortunate to have found a profession I truly love and enjoy. It is such a thrill to pick up my camera and capture people’s interactions and the emotions of the day, one moment at a time.
I am also passionate about a few things other than my Nikon D3s!
I love my family, our yellow lab (Posie) and spending time with good friends. I am an avid tennis player and I love good dark chocolate, red wine (especially Zinfandel and Vino Nobile) and my extra-fudgy homemade brownies. I am also a lifelong NY Yankees and NY Rangers fan — my dad took me to my first Rangers game when I was five, and at least they won the Stanley Cup once in my lifetime!

I love working with Hildi as her second shooter and assistant. We can anticipate each other’s needs and thoughts, which just makes your day run smoother.
I have a general business background, which helps when it comes to the finance, technology and administrative side of the business.
I am also an avid tennis player and cook (I make a killer shrimp risotto). I share Hildi’s love for dark chocolate (especially her homemade brownies) and red wine.
